2. Our Services

Arlen Agency provides childcare placement services, connecting families with qualified nannies and childcare professionals. We act as an introduction agency and are not the employer of the nannies we recommend.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your childcare requirements, conducting your own due diligence on candidates, complying with employment law when hiring a nanny, and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.

4. Fees and Payment

Our placement fees are outlined in our fee schedule provided upon enquiry. Fees are due upon successful placement of a nanny with your family.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in vetting our candidates, Arlen Agency cannot guarantee the performance of any nanny placed. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the employment relationship between you and your nanny.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
